BiltongBaas was born from a love of tradition, flavour, and sharing South Africa\u2019s favourite snack with others.<\/p>\n

Sonia grew up on a smallholding where her family raised cattle and sheep. When the fridges ran empty, her dad would lead the way as the family processed their own meat \u2014 turning fresh cuts into biltong, dro\u00ebwors, and chilli bites from scratch. Those years instilled in Sonia a deep respect for quality and the craft of making food that brings people together.<\/p>\n

When Jannie joined the journey, he brought his sharp eye for detail and business know-how to Sonia\u2019s heritage of flavour. Together, they created BiltongBaas \u2013 a brand that takes generations of tradition and gives it a fresh, modern twist.<\/p>\n

Today, BiltongBaas delivers premium, seriously tasty biltong in hampers, snack boxes, and shop-ready stock \u2014 always crafted with care, always proudly South African.<\/p>\n
